Трудности ранней диагностики ювенильного дерматомиозита: краткий обзор литературы и клинический случай

Аннотация
Ювенильный дерматомиозит – аутоиммунное, относительно редкое мультисистемное заболевание неизвестной этиологии, позднее установление диагноза и позднее начало терапии которого может привести к инвалидизации ребенка и даже к летальному исходу. Заболевание начинается в большинстве случаев в возрасте 5–12 лет, хотя может дебютировать как в более раннем, так и в более старшем возрасте. Ювенильный дерматомиозит имеет выраженный клинический полиморфизм, что затрудняет своевременную диагностику и терапию. Рассмотрен случай развития этого заболевания у подростка, обращено внимание на сложность постановки диагноза при первичном обращении за медицинской помощью. Показана положительная динамика течения заболевания на фоне верно подобранной терапии. Указано на важность соблюдения предписанного лечения, отказ от которого может привести к неблагоприятному исходу.
