https://doi.org/10.48612/agmu/2022.17.3.84.91

Abstract

In the above clinical observation, a patient was found to have stage 4 pancreatic head cancer with metastases to the lungs, kidneys, large omentum, peritoneum, and adrenal gland. A feature of this clinical case is a rare histotype of the tumor: lowgrade adenocarcinoma. A concomitant disease is a transferred new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The article briefly discusses the pathogenesis, risk factors for the development and treatment of inoperable pancreatic cancer. The purpose of this work is to analyze a clinical case of lowgrade pancreatic adenocarcinoma
