Особенностью рассмотренного клинического случая является редкий гистотип опухоли - низкодифференцированная аденокарцинома. Сопутствующим заболеванием стала перенесенная новая коронавирусная инфекция COVID-19. Цель работы - анализ клинического случая низкодифференцированной аденокарциномы поджелудочной железы, поэтому рассмотрены патогенез, факторы риска развития и лечение неоперабельного рака этого органа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the above clinical observation, a patient was found to have stage 4 pancreatic head cancer with metastases to the lungs, kidneys, large omentum, peritoneum, and adrenal gland. A feature of this clinical case is a rare histotype of the tumor: lowgrade adenocarcinoma. A concomitant disease is a transferred new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The article briefly discusses the pathogenesis, risk factors for the development and treatment of inoperable pancreatic cancer.
