ОМИКСНЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ В ИЗУЧЕНИИ BACILLUS ANTHRACIS

Аннотация

Представлены результаты актуальных исследований возбудителя сибирской язвы, полученные с помощью омиксных технологий. Описаны основные достижения в области геномики, протеомики, транскриптомики, интерактомики, метаболомики Bacillus anthracis в результате применения омиксных технологий. Обсуждена связь развития омиксных технологий и биоинформатики, отражены дальнейшие перспективы и проблемы в этой области.
