Abstract

Summary. The research included 335 TB patients of lungs aged from 18 up to 65 years receiving an intensive phase of chemotherapy among which there were 212 patients with for the first time the detected pulmonary tuberculosis and 123 – with chronic.

Associations of alleles and genotypes with predisposition to a pulmonary tuberculosis estimated by means of the relation of chances (OR).

During the conducted research it is revealed that at patients with for the first time the detected pulmonary tuberculosis scarring of cavities of disintegration 2.9 times more often is associated with a genotype of ITS gene of GSTM1 while at patients with a chronic pulmonary tuberculosis - is 2.4 times more often, in comparison with a genotype of the DD gene of GSTM1 (r <0.001).

Reduction of infiltration of pulmonary fabric 5.3 times more often is associated with a genotype of ITS gene of GSTM1 at patients with for the first time the detected pulmonary tuberculosis while at patients with a chronic pulmonary tuberculosis – by 1.7 times, in comparison with a genotype of the DD gene of GSTM1 (r <0.001).
