Состояние пациентов с ожирением надо рассматривать под призмой хронического воспаления неинфекционного генеза, вызванным нарушением регуляции в системе лептин-адипонектин и сопровождающееся иммунной гиперпродукцией медиаторов воспаления, с развитием дисфункции почек – повышением микроальбуминурии и протеинурии, снижением скорости клубочковой фильтрации и повышением уровня креатинина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the mechanisms of renal dysfunction in children with constitutional exogenous obesity.
