Был проведен анализ современных отечественных и зарубежных литературных источников по данной теме. Понимание взаимосвязей между медицинскими учреждениями и видом инфекции, связанной с оказанием медицинской помощи, ее этиологией, эпидемиологией, а также факторами риска развития позволяет найти более эффективные пути профилактики и контроля инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи. Оценка факторов риска позволяет оптимизировать подбор медицинских процедур, их экспозицию, частоту лабораторных диагностических исследований, схем антибактериальной терапии, как в индивидуальном порядке, так и для групп пациентов. В настоящее время необходимо разрабатывать и применять новые решения для контроля инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи, что поможет сократить длительное пребывание в стационаре и количество очных амбулаторных посещений. Одним из направлений повышения эффективности профилактики и лечения инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи, является постоянный микробиологический мониторинг, направленный на выявление госпитальных штаммов возбудителей и оценку их чувствительности к антибактериальным препаратам. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to examine the current state of healthcare-associated infections. A review of current domestic and international literature on this topic was conducted. Understanding the relationships between healthcare institutions and the type of healthcare-associated infection, its etiology, epidemiology, and risk factors enables the identification of more effective ways to prevent and control healthcare-associated infections. Assessing risk factors allows for the optimization of the selection of medical procedures, their exposure, the frequency of laboratory diagnostic tests, and antibacterial therapy regimens, both individually and for groups of patients. Currently, it is necessary to develop and implement new solutions for the control of healthcare-associated infections, which will help reduce the length of hospital stays and the number of in-person outpatient visits.
