Большинство авторов признает существование гендерных отличий. Однако имеются работы, свидетельствующие о том, что антропометрические показатели не являются строго детерминированными по полу. Цель исследования. Определение морфометрических параметров ушной раковины в юношеском возрастном периоде, их гендерной дифференциации и установление взаимосвязи между строением ушной раковины и формой головы. Материалы и методы. Предложена методика исследования по фотографическому изображению ушной раковины. В исследовании использована 201 фотография правой ушной раковины юношей и девушек с одной формой головы. Определено топографическое положение отдельных структур уха. Проведено сравнение полученных показателей между девушками и юношами долихоцефалами. Результаты. Определены значения положения отдельных структур ушной раковины девушек и юношей одной возрастной группы и с одной формой головы. Получено подтверждение гендерных различий. Выводы. Полученные результаты демонстрируют статистически достоверные гендерные различия практически всех изучаемых параметров ушной раковины у юношей и девушек долихоцефалов. Положение вершины козелка и дна межкозелковой вырезки взаимосвязаны независимо от пола. У юношей координаты вершины козелка коррелируют с положением переднего края завитка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Information on the morphology of the auricle and the relationship between individual anatomical structures of the human body and the structure of the auricle is very limited. Most authors acknowledge the existence of gender differences. However, there are studies indicating that anthropometric indicators are not strictly determined by gender.</p><sec><title>The aim of the study</title><p>The aim of the study. To determine the morphometric parameters of the auricle in adolescence, their gender differentiation and to search for the relationship between the structure of the auricle and the shape of the head.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The authors proposed a research method based on photographic images of the auricle. The study used 201 photographs of the right auricle of boys and girls with the same head shape. The topographic position of individual ear structures was determined. A comparison of the obtained indicators was made between dolichocephalic boys and girls.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The values of the position of individual structures of the auricle of girls and boys with the same head shape and one age group were determined. Gender differences were confirmed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. The obtained results demonstrate statistically reliable gender differences in almost all studied parameters of the auricle of dolichocephalic boys and girls. The position of the apex of the tragus and the bottom of the intertragal notch are interconnected regardless of gender.
