В 2019 г. впервые был зарегистрирован случай болезни Лайма у жительницы Астрахани, которая находилась на отдыхе в Кисловодске. В 2022 г. вновь были зарегистрированы 3 случая болезни Лайма у жителей Астрахани, выезжавших в регионы, эндемичные по клещевому боррелиозу. В 2022 г. выявлена болезнь Лайма у жителя г. Астрахани, который не выезжал в эндемичные по Лайм-боррелиозу регионы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The Astrakhan region is not a natural focus of Lyme borreliosis, however, the geographical proximity of endemic territories contributes to the migration of this disease. In 2019, for the first time, a case of Lyme disease was registered in a resident of Astrakhan, who was on vacation in Kislovodsk. In 2022, 3 cases of Lyme disease were again reported in residents of Astrakhan who traveled to regions endemic for tick-borne borreliosis.
