Материалы и методы. Изучалась выкопировка данных аллергологического анамнеза у 167 детей: 134 пациента с конституционально-экзогенным ожирением (медиана возраста 13 [3,9; 17] лет) и 33 пациента из контрольной группы (медиана 14 [1,5; 17] лет) из «Историй развития ребёнка» (ф.112/у) и «Контрольных карт диспансерного наблюдения» (ф.030/у). Результаты. Было выявлено, что у больных ожирением детей пищевая аллергия регистрируется более чем в три раза чаще (67,4 %), чем у детей без ожирения (23,0 %) (χ2 = 8,151; р = 0,005). Заключение. Наше исследование показало, что дети с ожирением имеют большую вероятность развития поливалентной (пищевой и / или медикаментозной) аллергии, которая регистрируется в три раза чаще, чем у детей с обычной массой тела.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of the article it consists of studying the incidence of allergic diseases in children with constitutional exogenous obesity living in the Astrakhan region. Materials and methods. During the study, allergy history data was copied from 167 children: 134 patients with constitutional exogenous obesity (median age 13 [3.9; 17] years) and 33 patients from the control group (median 14 [1.5; 17] years) from “Child Development Stories” (f.112/u) and “Dispensary Observation Control Cards” (f.030/u). Results. Using these methods, significant differences were identified (χ 2 = 8.151; p = 0.005); When comparing a group of children with constitutional exogenous obesity and a control group, it was revealed that in obese children, food allergies are registered more than three times more often (67.4 %) than in children without obesity (23.0 %). Conclusion.
