Приведен обзор литературы, рассматривающий научные исследования, мета-анализы и систематические обзоры, которые связаны с преждевременными родами в период с 34 до 36⁺⁶ недель беременности. Источники последних лет еще раз подтверждают, что понимание факторов риска, прогноза и эффективных стратегий управления является важным ресурсом для предотвращения преждевременных родов и улучшения результатов беременности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Premature birth and premature birth are among the main causes of infant mortality. This article provides an overview of the literature, including scientific studies, meta-analyses and systematic reviews related to preterm birth in the period from 34 to 36 weeks of pregnancy.
