В процессе ретроспективного исследования с применением полимеразной цепной реакции в реальном времени (тест-система «Андрофлор», ООО НПФ «ДНК-Технология», Россия) изучен микробный состав эякулята 242 пациентов с астенозооспермией и 377 - с нормозооспермией. Микробную ДНК (как общую бактериальную массу) в количестве не менее 103 ГЭ/мл обнаружили в 268 (71,1 %) из 377 образцов эякулята группы с нормозооспермией и в 185 (76,4 %) из 242 образцов группы с астенозооспермией. По данным кластерного анализа микробиота положительных проб была представлена одним из восьми устойчивых микробных кластеров с численным преобладанием определенной группы бактерий. При астенозооспермии статистически значимо (р &lt; 0,05) чаще определяли кластер с преобладанием Lactobacillus spp., а среди определяемых отдельных групп бактерий статистически значимо (р &lt; 0,05) чаще выявляли Bacteroides spp. / Porphyromonas spp. / Prevotella spp., Megasphaera spp. / Veillonella spp. / Dialister spp. и Lactobacillus spp. В сравнении с нормозооспермией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This study was conducted to compare the semen microbial composition using real-time PCR in patients with asthenozoospermia and normozoospermia. The semen microbial composition was assessed by real-time PCR (Androflor kit, DNA-Technology, Russia) in 242 patients with asthenozoospermia (AS) and 377 patients with normozoospermia (NS). The microbial DNA (as total bacterial load, TBL) in quantity of at least 103 GE/ml was detected in 268 (71.1 %) of 377 semen samples with NS and 185 (76.4 %) of 242 semen samples with AS. According to cluster analysis, the microbiota of positive samples was represented by one of eight stable microbial clusters with predominance of a certain group of bacteria. In asthenozoospermia a cluster dominated by Lactobacillus spp. was determined significantly more often, and among the identified individual groups of bacteria Bacteroides spp. / Porphyromonas spp. / Prevotella spp., Megasphaera spp. / Veillonella spp. / Dialister spp., and Lactobacillus spp. were detected significantly more often in comparison with normozoospermia.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>полимеразная цепная реакция в реальном времени</kwd><kwd>микробиота эякулята</kwd><kwd>спермограмма</kwd><kwd>подвижность сперматозоидов</kwd><kwd>астенозооспермия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>real-time PCR</kwd><kwd>semen microbiota</kwd><kwd>semen analysis</kwd><kwd>sperm motility</kwd><kwd>asthenozoospermia</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Faddy M.
