Длительная терапия глюкокортикостероидами широко используется при различных ревматических и аутоиммунных заболеваниях благодаря их противовоспалительному и иммуносупрессивному действию. Однако такая терапия также может вызывать ряд побочных эффектов – потеря мышечной и костной массы, повышение артериального давления, метаболические нарушения с развитием ожирения. Представленный обзор рассматривает данные литературы в области диетологии и нутрициологии, которые можно рекомендовать пациентам, находящимся на длительной терапии глюкокортикостероидами для снижения возможных побочных эффектов. 

Long-term therapy with glucocorticosteroids (GC) is widely used in rheumatic and autoimmune diseases due to their anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. However, GC therapy can also cause a number of side effects, such as loss of muscle and bone mass, increased blood pressure, metabolic disorders with the development of obesity. This review examines the available literature data in the field of dietetics and nutritionology, which can be recommended to patients who are on long-term therapy with GCS to reduce possible side effects.
