Рассмотрен случай запущенного рака яичников у 18-летней пациентки, которой экстренно была выполнена радикальная операция в связи с прогрессирующим злокачественным процессом и некрозом опухоли. Акцентировано внимание на соблюдении принципа онконастороженности у пациенток любого возраста, которые имеют опухолевидные образования, исходящие из придатков матки. Отмечена необходимость комплексного обследования указанной категории больных.

The article presents a case of advanced ovarian cancer in an 18-year-old patient who underwent emergency radical surgery due to the spread of the malignant process and tumour necrosis. Attention is focused on compliance with the principle of “cancer alertness” in patients of any age with neoplasms of uterine appendages. The need for a comprehensive examination in this category of patients was noted.
