Проведено проспективное рандомизированное исследование с включением в него 95 пациенток в возрасте от 19 до 45 лет с верифицированным диагнозом «Эктопия шейки матки» и «Рецидивирующий бактериальный вагиноз». Разработана противорецидивная схема, включающая в себя гинекологические ванночки с 3 % пероксидом водорода, 3 % уксусной кислотой, септомирин гель, пероральный прием орнидазола, свечи с клиндамицином и дотационные лактобактерии. Обследуемые были разделены на 3 группы: 1 группа (35 женщин) пролечена с помощью традиционной схемы лечения, 2 группа (30 пациенток) пролечена согласно разработанной противорецидивной схеме, 3 группа (30 человек) получила терапию в виде противорецидивной схемы лечения и проведения радиоволновой деструкции с элективной криодеструкцией осложненной формы цервикальной эктопии. Осуществление лечения рецидивирующего бактериального вагиноза по противорецидивной схеме позволяет достичь более длительной ремиссии по сравнению с традиционным методом, снизить вероятность развития рецидива на 60-89 % в любом периоде в течение 9 месяцев. У пациенток, имеющих осложненную цервикальную эктопию, сочетание противорецидивного лечения и радиохирургической деструкции, элективной криодеструкции имеет тенденцию к улучшению результатов еще в 2,3 раза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of the study was to develop a treatment for recurrent bacterial vaginosis in patients with cervical ectopy and to estimate its efficacy. The authors conducted a prospective randomized trial including 95 patients aged 19 to 45 years old with a verified diagnosis of cervical ectopy and recurrent bacterial vaginosis. An antireccurent regimen was developed, including gynecological baths with 3 % hydrogen acetic acid, Septomyrin gel, oral ornidazole, clindamycin suppositories, and lactobacillus donation. The patients were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 of 35 was treated with the traditional treatment regimen, Group 2 of 30 was treated according to the developed antireccurent treatment regimen, Group 3 of 30 included the antireccurent treatment regimen and the conduction of radiowave destruction with elective cryodestruction of the complicated form of cervical ectopy. The treatment of recurrent bacterial vaginosis according to the antireccurent scheme allows to achieve a longer remission period as compared to the conventional method, to decrease the probability of recurrence by 60-89 % at any time interval during 9 months.
