Женщины с этим диагнозом в два раза чаще сталкиваются с бесплодием и невынашиванием беременности. Эндометриоз приводит к целому комплексу структурных и функциональных изменений на всех уровнях женской репродуктивной системы. Одними из ключевых механизмов бесплодия при эндометриозе являются имплантационные нарушения, патогенез которых остается полностью неизученным, однако известно, что в нем задействовано множество факторов, включающих в себя хроническое воспаление, резистентность к прогестерону, гамето и эмбриотоксическое воздействие, изменение рецептивности эндометрия и паттернов маточных сокращений. Важно знать, как эти изменения влияют на фертильность, поскольку полное понимание патогенеза имплантационных нарушений при эндометриозе позволит повысить уровень как диагностических, так и лечебных мероприятий по преодолению эндометриоз ассоциированного бесплодия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Endometriosis is one of the most common and mysterious gynaecological diseases. Women with this diagnosis are twice as likely to face infertility and miscarriage. Endometriosis leads to a complex of structural and functional changes at all levels of the female reproductive system. One of the key mechanisms of infertility in endometriosis is implantation disorders, the pathogenesis of which remains completely unexplored. Still, it is known that many factors are involved in it, including chronic inflammation, resistance to progesterone, gametoand embryotoxic effects, changes in the receptivity of the endometrium and patterns of uterine contractions.
