Изменения лабораторных показателей (лимфоцитопения и тромбоцитопения) у пациентов с этим заболеванием носят прогностический характер и изучаются достаточно активно. Анемия является независимым фактором риска, связанным с тяжелым течением COVID-19, в связи с чем необходимо быть внимательным к уровню гемоглобина у таких пациентов при поступлении в стационар и в процессе терапии. Цель исследования: изучить влияние анемического синдрома на течение новой коронавирусной инфекции и возможность его коррекции по материалам клиник Самарского государственного медицинского университета. Материалы и методы. В клиниках ФГБОУ ВО СамГМУ Минздрава России наблюдалось 270 пациентов с подтвержденной инфекцией COVID-19. Результаты исследования. Анемический синдром был выявлен у 25,2 % обследованных. Показано, что при наличии анемического синдрома увеличиваются сроки госпитализации, что отражает неблагоприятное значение этого осложнения. Для данных больных характерен умеренный дефицит железа в сочетании с высоким уровнем ферритина, что присуще анемиям, связанным с наличием тяжелого основного, в данном случае воспалительного, заболевания. Заключение. Применение в комплексном лечении железа протеина сукцинилата в сочетании с кальция фолинатомпентагидратом позволяет улучшить показатели гемопоэза и снизить риск неблагоприятного исхода заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Since March 11, 2020, a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has been observed in the world. Changes in laboratory indicators (lymphocytopenia and thrombocytopenia) in patients with this disease are prognostic and are studied quite actively. Anemia is an independent risk factor associated with the severe course of COVID-19, and therefore it is necessary to be attentive to the level of hemoglobin in such patients at admission to the hospital and during therapy. The aim of the study is to study the effect of anemic syndrome on the course of a new coronavirus infection and the possibility of its correction based on the materials of the clinics of Samara State Medical University. Materials and methods. 270 patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection were observed in the clinics of FSBOU VO SamGMU of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Results of the study. Anemic syndrome was detected in 25.2% of those examined. It has been shown that in the presence of anemic syndrome, the length of hospitalization increases, which reflects the unfavorable significance of this complication. These patients are characterized by moderate iron deficiency in combination with high levels of ferritin, which is inherent in anemia associated with the presence of a severe major, in this case inflammatory, disease. Conclusion.
