Рассмотрено современное представление о качестве жизни у пациентов с лимфопролиферативными заболеваниями, изучены методы его оценки. Онкогематология является активно развивающейся областью медицины, где постоянно появляются высокотехнологичные и эффективные методы диагностики и терапии пациентов с патологией системы кроветворения. Новейшие подходы к лечению онкологических заболеваний системы крови позволяют добиваться ожидаемых результатов в виде увеличения продолжительности жизни у большей части пациентов. Поэтому изучение качества жизни онкобольных и влияющих на него факторов становится весьма актуальным. Целью обзора литературы стал анализ проблем и перспектив изучения качества жизни у пациентов с лимфопролиферативными заболеваниями. Оценка и коррекция качества жизни таких пациентов могут способствовать улучшению коммуникации между врачом и пациентом, что, в свою очередь, приведет к снижению количества осложнений и потенциальному улучшению исходов.

The current idea of the quality of life in patients with lymphoproliferative diseases is considered, methods of its evaluation are studied. Oncohematology is an actively developing field of medicine, where high-tech and effective methods of diagnosing and treating patients with the pathology of the hematopoietic system are constantly appearing. The latest approaches to the treatment of oncological diseases of the blood system make it possible to achieve the expected results in the form of an increase in life expectancy in most patients. Therefore, the study of the quality of life of cancer patients and the factors that affect it becomes very relevant. The purpose of the literature review was to analyze the problems and prospects of studying the quality of life in patients with lymphoproliferative diseases. Assessing and correcting the quality of life of such patients may contribute to improved communication between physician and patient, which in turn will lead to reduced complications and potential improvements in outcomes.
