Результаты многочисленных исследований подтвердили, что эти препараты снижают риск общей смертности и летальности от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Однако применение лекарственных препаратов данной группы ассоциируется с риском развития нежелательных реакций, основными из которых является сухой кашель, ортостатический коллапс, гиперкалиемия, ангионевротический отек. Обзор посвящен изучению профиля безопасности препаратов группы «ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента», а также особенностей развития нежелательных реакций при их применении у разных категорий больных с целью возможного повышения приверженности пациентов к проводимой гипотензивной фармакотерапии и снижения риска развития осложнений со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to the Guidelines for the treatment of hypertension of the European society of cardiology and the European society of hypertension, one of the main classes of drugs recommended for use in hypertension are angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. The results of numerous studies have confirmed that angiotensin converting enzymeinhibitors reduce the risk of General mortality and mortality from cardiovascular diseases, but the use of drugs in this group is associated with the risk of developing adverse reactions, the main of which are dry cough, orthostatic collapse, hyperkalemia, angioedema. This review is devoted to the study of the safety profile of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, the features of adverse reactions development in various categories of patients.
